Job Description

Our client is looking for a contracts admin to join their growing team. This will be supporting our clients Total Disaster Recovery unit. This candidate will be responsible for participating contract and rfp review and redlining. They will spend 70% of their time reviewing complex contract terms, and the other 30% will be spend doing contract administrative work (i.e creating and sending good faith effort notices). This person must be comfortable supporting admin and legal tasks and should have a go getter attitude and "not beneath" them mentality. The pay rate for this position is between 30-36/hr depending on skill level.

Skills And Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is highly desired; relevant years of experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
• At least 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a contracts terms and conditions focused role. Legal experience without direct contract experience will not be considered for this role.
• Hands on experience actually drafting, modifying and redlining various contracts. Our team requires expertise in the ability to independently review and modify other parties' terms and conditions.
• Skilled in indemnification clauses
• Well-developed communication skills with ability to interface with multiple levels of operations personnel and administrative staff are required
• Must excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while maintaining focus and balancing priorities.
