Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Contracts Manager for Government Programs to lead contractual processes with partners on Federal programs. This 100% remote role reports to the VP, Westinghouse Government Services.

You will review RFPs, manage POs and subcontracts, handle NDAs and teaming agreements, and ensure compliance with OTA/IDIQ frameworks while supporting DCAA audits. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience in contract management with federal contracts.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements.
• Experience with government systems and contract obligations among government bodies, private companies and subs.
• Department of Energy or Department of Defense experience preferred.
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager or similar preferred.
• Ability to travel when required.

About The Role

As a Contracts Manager, Government Programs for our Westinghouse Government Services team, you will support several U.S. Government Federal programs. You will lead the contractual processes with all partners. You will report to the VP, Chief Operations and Admin Officer, Westinghouse Government Services, 100% Remote role.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate Request for Proposals including pricing, change orders and modifications
• Solicit, award and manage Purchase Orders and Subcontracts
• Manage Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements
• Apply knowledge of Other Transaction Authority (OTA) and IDIQ contracts
• Support Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) reviews and audits
• Negotiate successful outcomes on contracts
• Manage contract/subcontract reporting systems
• Conduct FAR research and recommend compliant approaches

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $202,453 to $214,143 per year.
