Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 4 years in contract review and negotiation.
• Experience with privacy law, HIPAA, compliance or IP.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, or prepare clinical trial agreements.
• Track and finalize contracts in coordination with budgets and admin teams.
