Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Contracts and Commercial Services Coordinator to support contract administration, software license renewals, vendor agreements, and related commercial activities in a remote-capable role.

The role collaborates with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to ensure accuracy, timely approvals, and compliant documentation, while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–5 years of contract/commercial administration experience.
• Experience in IT services, managed services, or enterprise tech is preferred.
• Familiarity with contract management processes and NDAs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of contracts, vendor agreements, and related documents.
• Manage contract trackers, databases, and SharePoint repositories.
• Coordinate renewal timelines for software licenses and vendor contracts.
• Support contract review workflows and ensure timely approvals.
