Sedgwick, in a remote US telecommuter role, is hiring a Contractor Recruiter to source, qualify, and onboard contractors for Repair Solutions, LLC nationwide. You will build a strong network of qualified contractors and manage activation paperwork and records.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Travel may be required from time to time.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of related experience; construction or insurance adjusting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Researches, sources, and develops prospects in assigned areas.
• Performs data research to identify best qualified contractors.
• Ensures candidates meet qualifications via applications and interviews.
• Monitors new hires to ensure paperwork during activation.
• Maintains contractor records in software.
• Develops and maintains contractor relations.
• Coordinates with recruiters and management to meet goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Travels as required if needed.
