Sedgwick is seeking a Contractor Recruiter to source, qualify, and onboard contractors nationwide for Repair Solutions, LLC’s contractor network. The role focuses on developing a qualified contractor pool and maintaining capacity within an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of related experience or equivalent education; construction or insurance adjusting background preferred.
• Ability to articulate program details to prospective contractors.
• Strong statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Researches, sources, and develops prospects in assigned areas.
• Performs data research to determine the best qualified contractors in the candidate pool.
• Ensures candidates meet qualifications by evaluating applications and interviews.
• Monitors new hires to ensure receipt of paperwork during contractor activation.
• Maintains company records in contractor software.
• Develops and maintains strong contractor relations.
