Job summary

Talkspace is seeking part-time therapists to provide remote mental health services across states where licensed, offering flexible scheduling and delegation of billing/marketing tasks. Independent contractors manage their own client load while Talkspace handles insurance, credentialing, and administration.

You will conduct sessions via video, audio, and messaging, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and ensure timely responses to client messages, while enjoying a managed online practice

Qualifications

• Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Idaho.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Licensed Social Worker - Independent (LSWI).
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• Professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
• Individual NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the secure Talkspace platform.
• Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services.
• Respond to asynchronous client messages each week, in a timely manner.
• Complete your required clinical documentation after each client session.
