Talkspace is seeking part-time, contract Therapists (Independent Contract Providers) to deliver remote mental health care to clients across state licensure. You’ll conduct video, audio, and live messaging sessions and handle asynchronous messages while Talkspace takes care of billing, marketing, and admin tasks.

You must hold an independent license in PA (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC), carry malpractice insurance, have an NPI, and be comfortable with online tools and a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice independently in Pennsylvania.
• LCSW, LMFT or LPC licensure.
• Malpractice liability insurance and an active NPI.
• Comfort with online tools and a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on Talkspace platform.
• Conduct sessions via video, audio, and live messaging.
• Respond to asynchronous client messages weekly.
• Complete required clinical documentation after each session.
