Job summary

Figure Lending is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Customer Operations talent engine. This remote, full-time role focuses on high-volume recruiting to support the company's growth in fintech.

You'll own the end-to-end process, source and engage top candidates, partner with hiring managers, and drive efficient pipelines while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Compensation starts at $65/hour.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, customer-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing, engagement, and ability to move multiple roles quickly.
• Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Commitment to diversity and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Customer Operations roles.
• Source, engage, assess, and close qualified candidates.
• Maintain a high-volume pipeline with organization and follow-through.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and move roles forward.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.
