Job summary

Alpheva is seeking a remote, project-based supply-chain expert to assess demand planning, inventory optimization, S&OP, network design, and supplier-risk decisions for complex global operations. You will review AI forecasts and scenario outputs to ensure credibility and identify missing constraints and risk shifts in the network.

Reporting on practical tradeoffs across working capital, capacity, lead times, and customer service will be key.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply-chain planning, operations research, procurement, or logistics.
• Advanced experience with forecasting, inventory policy, optimization, and scenario modeling.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, retail, life sciences, or industrial supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Assess demand planning, inventory optimization, S&OP, network design, and supplier-risk decisions for global operations.
• Review AI-generated forecasts, policies, optimization outputs, and scenario recommendations for credibility.
• Identify missing constraints, distorted service-level assumptions, and risk-shifting decisions in the network.
• Explain practical tradeoffs across working capital, capacity, lead time, resilience, cost, and customer service.
