Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Contract Specialist to support the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and administration.

You will collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and operations to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives; manage deadlines and documentation; and identify risks while supporting continuous improvement of contract processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Procurement, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in contract administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and commercial agreements.
• Experience reviewing contracts, SOWs, pricing, vendor agreements, and service arrangements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer contracts, agreements, amendments, and related docs.
• Manage contract activities from request through renewal or closeout.
• Review terms, pricing, requirements, milestones, and performance obligations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
• Support negotiations with vendors, clients, and service providers.
• Monitor deadlines, renewals, deliverables, and compliance.
• Maintain organized contract records and approval information.
• Identify risks and compliance concerns and escalate as needed.
• Prepare contract summaries, reports, and status updates.
• Assist with RFPs, bids, and procurement-related documents.
