Responsibilities

• Lead clinical data generation and ensure artifact reconciliation across protocols, datasets, TLFs, and narratives.
• Validate synthetic data rooms for realism, internal consistency, and traceability.
• Design prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics to quantify AI agent capabilities.
• Enforce cross-file consistency to maintain patient data integrity across raw data and TLFs.
• Manage CDISC and SDTM conformance work and EDC build through database lock.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
