Job summary

eClinical Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager (Sr. CDM) in the United States to independently lead studies and oversee database management throughout the data lifecycle, acting as the primary liaison between our team and Sponsor personnel.

You will design specifications, validation, data cleaning, and closeout activities, mentor junior staff, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality sponsor data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or higher in health-related field preferred.
• 8+ years in Clinical Data Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology.
• Strong project management experience and project team leadership skills including work planning and work delegation.
• Experience with EDC and performing data management activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Project and MS Excel.
• Experience with EDC and Clinical Data Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead study data management activities and act as the CDM expert.
• Oversee database design specifications, validation, data cleaning, and closeout.
• Coordinate and mentor junior staff across multiple projects.
• Ensure timelines and sponsor deliverables are met with high data quality.
• Communicate with sponsor teams and internal stakeholders.
