Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to own end-to-end workflows in clinical data generation, data room QC, and the design of prompts and rubrics to gauge AI agent performance. The role emphasizes ensuring artifact reconciliation across protocol, datasets, TLFs, and narratives.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience with managerial oversight of data rooms, hands-on CDISC/SDTM conformance work, and EDC build through database lock, plus strong ability to enforce cross-file consistency

Qualifications

• Location: US, Canada, or France.
• YOE: 5+ required. 10-25 preferred.
• Education: no degree requirement. Experience is the gate for this role.
• Hourly availability: 20-25 hours/week, minimum. 30+ STRONGLY preferred.
• Must have managerial oversight of entire clinical data rooms, with hands-on CDISC and SDTM conformance work and EDC build through database lock.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workflows in clinical data generation, ensuring artifacts reconcile across protocol, datasets, TLFs, and narratives.
• Validate a synthetic data room for realism, internal consistency, and traceability; design prompts, rubrics to measure AI agent performance.
