Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in agency, in-house, or contract roles.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience recruiting in hospitality, operations, or corporate roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake to offer.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate communication and track activity within ATS.
