Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Contract Product Owner in Atlanta to help clients deliver complex IT initiatives. You will work across multiple projects, guiding Agile delivery, shaping product vision, and coordinating stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience.
• 5 years experience in Agile product ownership or project/program management.
• 3 years experience with Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks.
• SAFe experience and digital product management background.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with stakeholders to optimize Agile practices and solutions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Drive product vision while considering downstream impacts of new features.
• Create IT project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Triage and resolve critical project issues and scope changes.
• Deliver clear project status communications to teams and clients.
• Influence at all levels and implement recommended changes.
• Perform hands-on tasks including analysis, design, and change management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
