Job summary

Siemens Mobility seeks a Contract Manager to support the Smart infrastructure Buildings Business Unit. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for large projects, focusing on risk assessment and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience with construction contracts, and knowledge of FAR/UCC, IP terms, and procurement regulations. Remote work limited to U.S. time zones with normal business hours. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5 years of reviewing construction contracts for large projects, including addenda and modifications.
• 5 years of negotiating and modifying indemnification, liability limits, consequential damages and IP terms.
• Proven ability to incorporate risk-mitigating clauses into contracts or addenda.
• Familiarity with FAR, UCC, government policies, and procurement laws.
• Experience managing and reviewing subcontractor agreements.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize routine and non-routine contractual documents.
• Assess solicitations for risks and regulatory considerations and propose mitigation.
• Evaluate terms and compliance in proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop responses and propose alternatives.
• Organize and prioritize multiple proposal efforts concurrently.
