Qualifikationen

• Review fully executed provider agreements for completeness, accuracy, and required supporting documentation.
• Coordinate timely distribution of executed provider contracts to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate contract records, metadata, and document files in Conga CLM and related systems.
• Perform quality control of signatures, attachments, file naming, distribution lists, and executed-document packages.
• Prepare professional, accurate customer and internal email communications related to contract execution and delivery.
