Jobgether seeks an experienced Contract Litigation Attorney based in the United States, with a California license and residence. The role is remote, supporting complex civil litigation and counseling matters across outdoor recreation, sports, hospitality, and related industries.

You will work with a seasoned partner on a steady pipeline of sophisticated matters, including liability, catastrophic injury, and employment disputes.

Formación

• Active California bar license and CA residence.
• 7+ years of civil litigation experience, including complex commercial and catastrophic injury matters.
• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills with experience drafting dispositive motions and pretrial filings.
• Ability to independently manage matters, prioritize deadlines, and deliver strategic results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
• Comfort with remote work while maintaining high professionalism and confidentiality.
• Interest in representing clients in outdoor recreation, sports, hospitality, resorts, or related industries.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support civil litigation matters involving complex commercial disputes, liability claims, catastrophes, and employment issues.
• Draft dispositive motions, substantive motions, pretrial filings, motions to compel, and other litigation submissions.
• Prepare meet-and-confer correspondence and develop litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decisions.
• Coordinate with a senior partner to prioritize case priorities and deliver effective representation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and risks.
• Support counseling and risk management for clients across relevant industries.
• Monitor deadlines, organize case documents, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate clearly with clients and opposing counsel throughout the process.
• Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through responsive service and high-quality work.
