Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Product Designer II for a roughly 6-month, fully remote contract in the United States. The role focuses on creating engaging, intuitive product experiences for enterprise users, applying design thinking and human-centered methods within a mature design system.

Collaboration with product, engineering, research, and business partners is essential to translate insights into scalable designs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
• Strong visual design and high-quality design solutions.
• Experience designing complex SaaS/enterprise experiences.
• Hands-on with established design systems, components and tokens.
• Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and accessibility.
• Proficient with AI design tools (Figma Make, Claude, Lovable).
• Experience with agentic and generative AI design workflows.
• Able to collaborate with research, customer experience, product and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for enterprise users by applying design thinking and user research.
• Collaborate with research and data teams to inform design decisions.
• Design features supporting complex enterprise workflows and platform requirements.
• Use design system patterns to deliver scalable enterprise experiences.
• Improve design quality and system maturity through individual work and shared infra.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and business partners on goals and execution.
• Communicate design concepts clearly across team channels.
• Support launches and improve experiences based on user needs and constraints.
