Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Due Diligence/Secondary Market.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and documentation.
• Ability to meet production quality and service standards.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review loan packages and data files to identify required documentation.
• Capture information and bookmark where it can be located.
• Audit loans for salability and accuracy of documentation.
• Document discrepancies and track issues during audits.
• Enter data/fees into system of record and run analyses.
• Record exceptions for missing or incorrect documentation and data errors.
• Research responses to findings and rebuttals.
• Maintain cross-functional communication to meet timelines.
• Run system logic on captured data and handle related exceptions.
• Apply validations to ensure complete and accurate reviews.
• Track time spent on reviews.
