Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of contracting or related experience, with MS Word/Excel proficiency. This remote position prefers Delaware but welcomes candidates across the United States, working Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of contracting, customer service, administrative, or related experience.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency required.
• Experience with healthcare data or provider information is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create contracts and manage contracting process.
• Assist workload assignment for temporary staff.
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases; prepare reports.
• Interface with credentialing staff to ensure data systems sync.
• Support contract negotiators to complete contracting process.
• Identify gaps and risks in contracting and coordinate with departments.
• Train temporary staff as needed.
• Maintain physical and electronic file systems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate contracting standards.
