Alignerr is searching for a Clinical Study Manager to oversee clinical operations for AI training initiatives. You will ensure data quality, timelines, and regulatory expectations are met in a fully remote, contract role.

Partner with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to manage budgets and forecasting, identify risks early, and apply clinical operations expertise to improve AI systems trained on healthcare data.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced clinical operations professionals who want to contribute to something genuinely groundbreaking.

What You'll Do

• Oversee clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track and on budget

• Experienced in clinical trial project management with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and regulatory expectations
• Skilled at managing CROs, external vendors, and research partners across complex, multi-workstream studies
• A natural problem-solver - you anticipate issues before they elevate and know how to keep things moving
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• A clear communicator who keeps cross-functional teams informed and aligned

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data management platforms
• Background working across therapeutic areas or global multi-site trials
