The Freelance Firm, LLC is seeking a Florida-based Real Estate Paralegal to support our nationwide network of freelance attorneys and paralegals. This role offers remote work with approximately 10+ hours per week.

Requirements include a minimum of five years FL Real Estate Paralegal experience, proficiency with Real Estate Closings, and experience with filing, scheduling, and coordinating with outside counsel. Knowledge of Qualia or ClosingView is a plus.

Skilled at Real Estate Closings.
Filing, scheduling, coordinating with outside counsel (OC).
Experience with Qualia is a plus; ClosingView is a plus.

Welcome to The Freelance Firm! We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Florida-based Real Estate Paralegal.

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week.

Paralegal Requirements:
