Qualifications

Active bar admission in the United States.
Experience at top US law firms.
Experience at a top-tier US law firm with exposure to varied practice areas.
Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across legal subjects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication in legal content review.
Track record of successful remote collaboration on multidisciplinary projects.
Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
Commitment to precision, accuracy, and upholding legal best practices.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on US law topics.
Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives.
Draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other documents.
Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity and accuracy.
Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine deliverables.
