YO IT Consulting is seeking an Associate Attorney for a remote, contract position. You will conduct comprehensive legal analysis on US law topics, perform deep legal research, and draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents.

Qualifications

Active US bar admission and strong academic credentials.
Experience at a top U.S. law firm.
Proven ability in legal analysis, research, and drafting across various subjects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; demonstrated legal content review.
Track record of effective remote collaboration on multidisciplinary projects.
Experience with rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on US law topics.
Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives.
Draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other documents.
Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity and accuracy.
Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine deliverables.
Contribute to quality assurance by spotting errors and ambiguities in legal materials.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all submissions.
