Job summary

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is seeking a Content Manager to lead the firm’s content development and editorial strategy across marketing and business development. You will translate complex legal capabilities into clear narratives and oversee content assets, calendars, and core marketing materials.

The role requires collaboration with attorneys, BD professionals, and leadership to ensure brand-consistent messaging and timely delivery. This position may be fully remote within eligible states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in legal, professional services, or B2B content marketing.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to translate complex legal topics into client-friendly messaging.
• Experience managing editorial calendars and coordinating content across campaigns and channels.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, style guides, and content governance.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a firm-wide content strategy aligned with business development priorities, industry initiatives, and campaign objectives.
• Oversee the creation, editing, and maintenance of core content assets, including website copy, client alerts, thought leadership, and firm messaging.
• Ensure content reflects a consistent, client-centric voice and adheres to firm brand and style guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose and extend content across digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Oversee production and management of audio/video content, including podcasts and video; develop scripts, recording, editing, distribution, and promotion.
