Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Content Strategist for the Growth Marketing Team within the Marketing department. You will own content strategy, direction, and quality across our blog, SEO landing pages, and PDPs, focusing on organic growth and AI-powered search while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

This remote, full-time role requires 3+ years in content strategy, 2+ years in SEO writing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Travel to Melville, NY occurs 3 times/year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field.
• 3+ years of Content Strategy, ideally in e-commerce.
• 2+ years experience writing and editing for SEO.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt tone and voice to a brand style guide.
• Experience optimizing content for AI/LLM visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content roadmap across the blog, SEO landing pages, and PDPs prioritizing topics by search demand, AI-citation potential, and revenue opportunity.
• Define and enforce content structure standards (headers, schema, answer-first formatting, comparison and FAQ blocks) for rankability and AI citability.
• Safeguard brand voice across all content, ensuring output reads as authentic and helpful.
• Review and edit AI-generated and human-written content for accuracy, tone, and duplication or cannibalization risk.
• Write and edit original content, including blog features, brand storytelling, and PDP copy.
• Partner with SEO and Growth Marketing to translate keyword research into content briefs and priorities.
• Monitor content performance across organic traffic and AI visibility, adjust strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with Product and Merchandising to ensure PDP content reflects product data and is SEO-friendly.
• Track evolving AI search behavior to keep content practices current.
• Manage relationships with freelance writers or content vendors as needed.
