Job summary

Prismfly is a remote-first global agency specializing in ecommerce CRO and lifecycle marketing. We seek a sharp Content Coordinator to own the concept to publication of social content, collaborating lightly with the team but driving execution independently.

You will craft engaging posts, edit short-form videos, design simple visuals in Figma, and use AI tools to optimize content. This role offers a remote setup with flexible growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in use of AI tooling.
• Social media savvy and knows what content resonates on each platform.
• Self-starter with openness to feedback.
• Ownership mindset and bias toward action.
• Basic video editing and visual design skills.
• Able to commit to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging, well-structured social copy in fluent English.
• Clip, edit, and publish short-form video from existing material.
• Create simple graphics using Figma.
• Research, test, and manage scheduling tools.
• Use UTM parameters to track social links and report on website traffic.
• Monitor content performance across platforms to refine strategy.
• Assist in writing intro/outro scripts and branding for recurring content series.
• Turn rough ideas into polished posts, clips, or visuals ready for review and scheduling; bring original ideas over time.
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence (approx. ~3-5 LinkedIn, ~2-3 TikToks/Youtube clips per week)
