Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end content programs that connect our brand with target audiences. You will optimize content for SEO and AI-driven answers, develop repurposing frameworks, and collaborate with product marketing, content, and demand generation teams to ensure messaging is clear and on-brand.

You will lead from drafting to publishing, work with internal teams, and leverage AI tools to accelerate quality and speed while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Demonstrated SEO expertise with on-page optimization, keyword research, technical SEO fundamentals, and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and AEO content strategies with meta optimization, internal linking, header structure, and schema markup guidance.
• Own the end-to-end blog publishing process from drafting to CMS upload, formatting, and scheduling.
• Transform long-form content into derivative formats (short-form video clips, social snippets, email copy, infographics, audiograms).
• Build repeatable content repurposing frameworks across channels, partnering with video and creative teams to extract high-value moments.
• Integrate AI tools into daily content workflows for drafting, editing, repurposing, and performance forecasting.
• Partner with product marketing, content, web, and demand generation teams to align with campaigns and timelines.
• Brief and manage external agencies and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
