DIRECTV is offering a 10-week remote Content internship where you’ll help shape the programming lineup across DIRECTV Satellite and Internet platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to projects that directly impact our business, with placement in one of four focus areas.

Focus areas include Content Strategy & Development, Contracts & Compliance, Content & Programming, and Content Development.

Qualifications

• Open to all majors; preferred: Media & Entertainment, Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Leadership tracks.
• A passion for the entertainment industry (business or technology side).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience working in cross‑functional environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI LLMs for research, benchmarking, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, benchmarking and research across focus areas.
• Build dashboards and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives and project management.
• Assist with contracts, data audits, and data migrations.
• Analyze channel performance, marketing, and competition.
• Support reporting automation and data management activities.
