Job summary

Havas CX Canada seeks a Content Entry Specialist to join our development team. You will create, deploy, and update content across the website to attract our target audience and boost engagement, working remotely or in a hybrid setup.

You will collaborate with design and development, maintain brand tone, and stay current with trends in online content. A bachelor’s in English or communications and 2–3 years of CMS, editing, and content-management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience as a Content Specialist, Social Media Manager, or any similar position
• Proven track record managing website content
• Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Expertise in editing and proofreading content
• Knowledge of Figma, HTML, or XML
• Experience working with a content management system to create and update pages of a website
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work on a project with a moderate level of ambiguity
