Job summary

Totara Learning Solutions is seeking a Junior Content Developer to join our global marketing team. You will craft SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and eBooks, collaborating with regional marketers to tailor messages for various markets.

You will support campaigns, website updates, and content performance analysis, using AI tools to boost productivity. A strong portfolio and familiarity with WordPress are desirable as we grow in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

1–2 years in content writing/marketing or digital media; internships or freelance welcome.
Experience with AI tools to create and repurpose content.
Strong writing and storytelling with a portfolio of digital samples.
Familiarity with SEO and WordPress or similar CMS.
Collaborative, organized, and eager to learn; interest in B2B SaaS/EdTech a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, write, and edit marketing content across blogs, emails, landing pages, and site updates.
Support creation of thought leadership assets like eBooks, guides, and case studies.
Ensure content aligns with SEO and brand tone of voice.
Collaborate with regional leads to adapt content for markets and personas.
Work with digital and design teams to bring campaigns to life across channels.
Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and first drafts.
Maintain and update website content for accuracy and consistency.
Participate in content performance analysis to optimize future output.
