The role requires independence and asynchronous work to meet deadlines and contribute to AI model performance improvements. 25 hours/week commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience setting voice and tone for in-product writing at a major tech or consumer product company.
• Experience rating or rewriting AI-generated text against editorial standards.

Responsibilities

• Review paired AI-generated in-product writing for voice, tone, and editorial standards.
• Judge and select preferred samples, provide concise reasons and apply tags.
• Clear the calibration gate to ensure quality before data goes live.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
• Collaborate with teams to refine and enhance AI-generated content.
