Mercor is hiring a Content Designer for remote contract work. You will review AI-generated in-product writing to ensure voice and tone align with editorial standards and judge samples with concise rationale. You will clear calibration gates to ensure quality before data goes live and collaborate with teams to refine AI-generated content.

The role requires independence and asynchronous work to meet deadlines and contribute to AI model performance improvements. 25 hours/week commitment is expected.

• Experience rating or rewriting AI-generated text against editorial standards.

Position: Content Designer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 25 hours/week
