Portnox Access Layers Ltd. in remotely located Texas is seeking a Content & Corporate Communications Manager to own Portnox's content and communications program across blog, social, PR and executive communications.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role collaborating with our VP of Product Marketing, CMO, and executives to ensure messaging sounds like Portnox and advances the right narrative. You will write original content, manage the editorial calendar, coordinate with our PR agency,

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in content marketing, corporate communications, or a hybrid of both — B2B SaaS or cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.
• A strong, demonstrable writing portfolio — blogs, bylines, executive content, social copy, or some combination.
• Experience owning an editorial calendar and keeping a content program running at consistent volume and quality.
• LinkedIn fluency and demonstrated experience managing social media for a B2B brand.
• Experience working with an external PR agency is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Write original blog posts on cybersecurity trends and Portnox's point of view, in a regular cadence.
• Develop content in close coordination with our PMM team to ensure technical accuracy and positioning alignment.
• Translate complex security concepts into accessible, compelling narratives for CISO and IT practitioner audiences.
• Own the editorial calendar across blog, social, and PR — ensuring consistent output and no gaps in the publishing schedule.
• Coordinate with PMMs, Web Manager, and the PR agency to keep content workstreams aligned and on pace.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of content at various stages so production stays proactive.
