Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a healthcare contact center or similar.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and build teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related software tools.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, supervise, and manage multiple projects.

• Hire, onboard, and develop talent; coach, mentor, ensure engagement, diversity and performance.
• Oversee team expenses, including labor budgets, overtime, scheduling, and timecard approvals.
• Demonstrate leadership, project management, and escalation to resolve barriers and drive goals.
• Oversee operational workflow, KPIs, and continuous improvement to deliver superior service.
• Provide SME guidance on contact center roles and responsibilities and act as front-line caregiver when needed.
