Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of program or product strategy experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience delivering large multi-workstream programs in healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for exec audiences.
• Ability to distill strategic goals into actionable execution plans.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data insights (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Humana's Enterprise Onboarding Transformation Program as execution-focused product manager.
• Own the end-to-end omni-channel onboarding roadmap and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Drive governance, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations.
• Influence partners and workstreams to maintain momentum and advance initiatives.
• Support executive engagement with status reports, leadership readouts, and updates.
• Partner with Integrated Measurement to optimize onboarding KPIs and recommendations.
• Drive organizational readiness and change-management activities.
