Job summary

Cascade National Corp. is hiring a Construction Worker for a full-time role that can be performed remotely with nationwide opportunities. You will read blueprints, operate equipment, and assist in material installation while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

You’ll work with a remote team and must have a high school diploma and 2 years of construction experience. We offer health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off to support work–life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Strong safety awareness and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and follow specifications.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment.
• Perform manual labor such as lifting and carrying materials.
• Assist in installation of materials and equipment.
• Inspect sites for safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with the project team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Keep the work site clean and organized.
• Report issues to the project manager.
• Maintain high attention to detail and safety.
