Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in construction/utilities.
• Proven success recruiting for critical roles across projects and corporate functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and persistence to engage passive candidates.
• Experience using recruiting data and ATS reporting to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across field and corporate roles, including PMs, foremen, technicians, and leaders.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and clarify role requirements.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and local networks.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and offers.
• Maintain ATS records, support EEO/OFCCP compliance, and ensure documentation.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and move hiring decisions forward.
• Represent Benchmark’s employer brand and build relationships within the construction and utility talent market.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
