Jobot in Denver, CO (remote-first across the U.S.) seeks an Experienced Agency Recruiter to build client relationships and place candidates across multiple specialties including Construction. You’ll leverage Jax ATS and our AI tools to drive placements and revenue.

With 2+ years in staffing, you’ll contribute to our employee-owned culture, earn commissions, and enjoy flexible Fridays off and unlimited PTO while growing with top performers.

Qualifications

• Staffing agency experience at least 2+ years.
• Proven full-desk recruiting capabilities across client development and candidate recruitment.
• Strong performance and revenue accountability track record.
• Maintains strong internal and external relationships.
• Industry specialization in Construction or similar skills (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: use our ATS Jax to find candidates matching open positions.
