Job summary

Isi-Professional Services is seeking up to three full‑time Project Specialists – Level 3 to support the National Park Service Denver Service Center in Washington, DC. The role involves cradle‑to‑grave project execution, design and constructability reviews, and contract administration for secure facilities.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering/construction background, lead multi‑trade projects, and hold active clearance.

Qualifications

Requires: ABET-accredited degree in architecture, engineering, or construction with relevant work experience.
Alternative paths include Master’s or Doctorate in related field with requisite experience.
Experience as Design Manager / Owner’s Representative / Project Manager on multi-trade projects.

Responsibilities

Assist project managers with cradle-to-grave execution from planning to closeout.
Provide technical design review and coordination with stakeholders.
Oversee design contractors and ensure constructability and compliance.
Prepare and review cost estimates, schedules, and contract modifications.
Coordinate with multiple agencies and maintain high security and confidentiality.
