ISI Professional Services is seeking up to three full-time Project Specialists – Level 3 to support the National Park Service Denver Service Center in providing design and pre-construction program support for secure facilities. The role includes cradle-to-grave project execution, design reviews, and contract administration.

Candidates should have an engineering/architecture background, active TS clearance, and experience on complex, multi-trade projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or ABET-accredited field with 8+ years of relevant work experience and professional registration
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Doctorate with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience as Design Manager, Construction Management Representative, Owner’s Representative, Project Specialist or Project Manager
• Experience on at least three construction projects with minimum $1M value in last five years
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Ability to travel occasionally to Washington, DC or other project locations
• Ability to handle confidential government information

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Managers with cradle-to-grave project execution from planning to closeout
• Serve as technical point of contact for projects and provide PM and design review support
• Oversee design contractors and ensure constructability and compliance
• Review submissions for constructability, practicality, security, and requirements
• Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, designers, and stakeholders
• Support scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contract requirements
• Identify issues and propose corrective actions with PM and CO
• Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and modification documentation
• Review contractor proposals, schedules, and claims
• Participate in negotiations, meetings, and documentation
• Prepare responses to RFIs and track submittals
• Coordinate and chair project meetings and record action items
• Provide progress updates and risk assessments
• Assist in project closeout documentation and site visits
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication in a high-visibility environment
