UW Facilities Project Delivery Group in Seattle is seeking a Construction Project Manager, Major Capital Projects to lead complex capital programs across multiple campuses. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture and at least 5 years of related and progressively responsible work experience.
• Proficient with technology-based project management tools and MS Office suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience managing projects with sustainability, utilities work, and infrastructure renewal.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple projects through design, approvals, construction and closeout.
• Develops goals, scope, budget and schedule with user groups and units.
• Controls budget and schedule and approves changes as required.
• Procures and leads the project team for collaboration and value.
• Reviews construction progress, analyzes changes, and resolves disputes.
• Develops hazard plans and safety requirements with the construction manager.
• Prepares status and budget reports for governance review.
• Ensures issues are resolved within governance structures.
