Job summary

Construction Management and Development, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager for our Lender's Advisor Division. The PM will work with CMD and the Managing Director to visit sites, review documents, and report on project status and funding requests to the Client.

The role requires coordinating with clients, developers, and general contractors, delivering high-quality services and timely insights to ensure client satisfaction across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• Advanced certification (PMP/CCM) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Experience with construction budgets, schedules and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the Project team to understand history and status.
• Assess the Developer’s project team and suitability for the Project.
• Review budget, cost estimates, construction details, and schedule.
• Review environmental reports and project drawings.
• Prepare a full report of all findings.
• Review contractor schedules, logs, and procurement records.
• Evaluate change orders for impact on budget and timeline.
• Review loan disbursement requests and payments.
• Perform Monthly Site Survey travels as needed.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Project Overview Report.
