SERVPRO of Duncanville/DeSoto is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee diverse construction projects and ensure top-tier service for customers and clients. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with plans and codes, while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role requires PM experience in construction and strong organizational/leadership abilities, with Xactimate basics and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Manage construction subcontractors for work quality, timeliness, budget.
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor budgets.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, local codes, and scope requirements.
• Document all project communications, updates and contracts.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debriefs with contractors, clients and customers.
• Communicate job scope to subs and update supervisor and team as needed.
