Securitas Global Clients America is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from scoping through closeout. The role emphasizes budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage diverse projects, read and interpret drawings, monitor progress, and maintain compliance with OSHA and local codes. Domestic travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and teams.
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically (~25%).
• Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned construction projects, including pre-construction planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues, delays, or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local building codes, and company safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership and clients.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections, including travel to project locations (~25%).
• Lead project kickoff meetings and ongoing coordination meetings.
