Job summary

Construction Management and Development, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Lender's Advisor Division.

The PM will work with CMD and the Managing Director to complete site visits, review project documents, and report findings on project status and funding requests to the Client. The PM supports the Director of Lender’s Advisor and interacts with Client, Developer, and General Contractor to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; advanced degree or PMP/CCM a plus.
• 5-10 years of construction experience with residential, hospitality, hotel, or highrise projects preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to communicate with clients and teams.
• Strong writing and typing skills; proficient with MS Office365, Adobe Acrobat, MS Project, and cloud-based filesharing.
• Familiarity with construction budgets, schedules, drawings, and cost control; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with project team to understand project history and status.
• Review budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and environmental reports.
• Prepare full report of findings and project overview monthly site visits.
• Review contractor schedules, logs, RFIs, procurement, and change orders for reasonableness.
• Monitor disbursement requests and compare payment applications to progress.
