Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a remote role with monthly site visits, supporting a multi-location portfolio. You'll oversee new builds, remodels and capital projects from planning through turnover, coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors.

The ideal candidate brings five+ years in construction project management, strong budget and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Smartsheet, AutoCAD and Bluebeam. Travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction or facilities PM roles.
• Experience leading large, multi-site commercial projects.
• Experience with budgets and capital expenditures.
• Proficient in Smartsheet, SharePoint, AutoCAD, Bluebeam & MS Office.
• Ability to read construction drawings and vendor proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of remote work with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct new construction projects from turnover to opening, including design, bidding, permitting, construction, closeout and warranty management.
• Lead remodels and capital improvements within operating locations.
• Manage projects from $50k to $1M; develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and permitting authorities.
• Serve as the company’s representative during planning and construction; monitor costs and approve changes.
• Oversee site visits, progress updates and closeout activities; manage risk and ensure compliance.
