• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensure to practice law in any U.S. state.
• 1+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Some experience in construction law or as an engineer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to our clients on construction law, including contract, property, planning, and dispute resolution.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or argue for plaintiff's case in construction disputes.
• Conduct research to inform legal proceedings, gather evidence, formulate defense strategies, and develop arguments for presentations of cases.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
• Stay updated on changes in law, regulations, and industry trends related to construction law, and advise clients accordingly.

Juris Doctor (JD)
